Hi – my name is Janice Gilbert and I am a full member of The Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT) and Lancashire and District Spiritual Healers.and professional holistic therapist.

I work as a mobile professional holistic therapist living in Bolton .  I work across North Manchester and can provide therapy and support from the comfort of your own home.

As an holistic therapist I offer reiki and spiritual healing, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology (including Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage – RLD) helping people with stress, anxiety, sleep disorders and digestive issues to name but a few.

I have particular experience with working with people with life limiting illnesses including people living with cancer and their carers as well as those receiving palliative care.

I strongly believe in a holistic approach, supporting the whole person with their health care and well being.   I feel this is of primary importance – to work with the whole person and their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

I also offer support for women experiencing the menopause – help with stress, anxiety, hot flushes including balancing the endocrine glands.

In addition I offer Scar Tissue Release protocol which has the potential to reduce the appearance of scars, fibrous tissue linked to a scar and hyper-pigmentation of the scar.  The protocol is suitable for historic scars to recent (more than eight weeks) including caesarean, keloid, linear, epidural and hypertrophic scars.

As a mobile therapist I work within the tranquility of your own home and environment bringing help and support with existing health problems, reduce stress and anxiety and improvement to your well-being.
