Scar Tissue Release Therapy
Alaistair McLoughlin is responsible for the development of MSTR (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release) Therapy.
The protocol is hands on using small and precise finger moves to complete the necessary sequence to complete the therapy.
Scar tissue has the potential to inter with lymphatic and blood flow around the area of the scar causing problems with flexibility, pain management, mobility and fibrous tissue. Often these concerns are found far removed from the actual scar.
MSTR can be beneficial to many scars including keloid, hypertrophic and atrophic scars as well as the fibrous tissue often linked to the formation of the scar.
MSTR has also been found to help with plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture and Tattoos.
